A member of Dales Academies Trust St Francis of Assisi C of E Primary School values the abilities and achievements of all our pupils. The school provides a broad and balanced curriculum which celebrates the achievements of all. Teachers build on positive aspects of the child’s learning, and we promote the development of any child emotionally and socially.
Mrs Marie Watson is the Special Educational Needs and Disability Co-ordinator (SENDCo) and she works closely with school staff and outside agencies to support and assess children as a need arises.
All of our staff in school are there to support any children who have Special Educational Needs.
